Emma and Olivier have worked with some of the top names in the luxury hotel and restaurant sector including Guy Savoy and Bernard Loiseau. They met whilst working with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
Inspired by their experience in the industry they returned to Emma's native Cornwall in 2006 to set up their own restaurant. Emma believes in providing only the highest level of service and Olivier (who is completely self taught) is incredibly passionate about serving French style cuisine using only the very finest Cornish ingredients.
Our menu
L'Estuaire Restaurant is Olivier‘s dream come true, where through his cooking he can show his vision and challenge his own style. Together with his sous-chef Sebastien, who has worked alongside him for many years, they are constantly creating new dishes to bring the best flavours by respecting the produce and not overworking it.
As Olivier says “From quality ingredients to simple pleasure”.
